Ceramics is a unique and unpredictable business. The hand made nature of ceramics lends itself to variations from product to product, batch to batch and kiln load to kiln load. There will be slight distinctions in shape, size, color and texture in almost every item. These variations are inherent to ceramic tile and therefore must be expected. Every glaze batch and firing produces slight differences in color shading. It is best to order enough to complete the installations and depending on the project 5-15% extra. No claims for any tile order will be accepted after installation.
Mizner Industries offers two types of bisque, hand made in our studio and machine made. Hand made bisque must be specified and there is an additional charge of $2.00 per tile. The surfaces of our hand made bisque are slightly irregular. The tiles are 1/2" thick and require a grout joint.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. The balance is due prior to delivery. Production times depend on the quantity and complexity of the tile. Most standard orders will be
shipped within a 3 to 6 week period. Because we are a custom tile manufacturer without inventory we are unable to accept cancellations after production has begun.
Please be advised that delivery is not included in the price of the tile. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
